Meet the Notary - Tyler Arcaro
Tyler Arcaro is a multistate notary public and loan signing agent commissioned in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. He is also an apostille agent (serving all 50 states) and resides in Philadelphia.
Tyler studied French Language & Civilization at Albright College in Reading, PA, and moved to Paris, France, where he worked as an independent tour guide. Upon returning to the U.S., he transitioned into roles as a corporate travel consultant and later into travel technology for New York City-based travel management companies.
When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the travel industry, Tyler saw how quickly entire sectors could shift — and how vital truly essential services had become. While the world adapted to social distancing and remote work, notarial services began to go digital, emphasizing notaries’ public enduring importance in legal, financial, and international transactions.
During that time, Tyler navigated the process of preparing documents for Italian dual citizenship and quickly ran into roadblocks: notaries at shipping stores who weren’t properly trained, bank notaries who were nearly impossible to schedule, and a frustrating lack of clear, reliable guidance.
Out of that experience, he founded Keystone State Notary, named after Pennsylvania’s role as the 'Keystone State' — central to the founding of the nation — and inspired by the keystone’s architectural role as a stabilizing and essential element. Tyler built a client-focused business designed for clarity, accessibility, and professionalism — where calls get returned, information is reliable, and every client is treated with care.
As a notary public, Tyler found a unique intersection of his diverse interests and past roles, creating a multifaceted skill set that enriches his practice and benefits his clients. Tyler offers a holistic approach to notarial services, combining the art of hospitality, a keen attention to detail, and the innovation of technology — making complex processes feel clear, calm, and under control.
